Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to identify a dependable and professional Contract Receptionist to support a small, on-site office during a busy seasonal period. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and contributing to a smooth, organized office environment.

Contract Length: 3 months

Job Description: The Contract Receptionist will support daily front desk operations by managing incoming communications, welcoming visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a part-time, in-office role running through mid-April.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary front desk contact for clients and visitors
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments
  • Greet guests and provide a positive first impression
  • Organize client files and support document signature collection

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a small office setting

Additional Details:

  • Part-time schedule: 2530 hours per week
  • Monday Thursday, daily start time of 9:00 AM
  • 100% on-site role with on-site parking available
  • Contract duration: Late January through mid-April
