About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to identify a dependable and professional Contract Receptionist to support a small, on-site office during a busy seasonal period. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and contributing to a smooth, organized office environment.
Job Description The Contract Receptionist will support daily front desk operations by managing incoming communications, welcoming visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a part-time, in-office role running through mid-April.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary front desk contact for clients and visitors
Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
Assist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments
Greet guests and provide a positive first impression
Organize client files and support document signature collection
Qualifications
1+years experiencein a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a small office setting
Additional Details
Part-time schedule: 24 hours per week,
Monday – Thursday, daily start time of 9:00 AM
100% on-site role with on-site parking available
Contract duration: Late January through mid-April
