Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 Onsite

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a production team to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Manage daily schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
• Foster employee engagement through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in production methods, equipment, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with maintenance and support teams to minimize downtime and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred OR 5+ years of manufacturing experience (preferably in homebuilding industry)
• 2+ years of leadership experience with proven results.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for future growth opportunities.
