This contract position offers the chance to apply your specialized nursing skills in a dynamic healthcare setting supporting newborns requiring intensive care. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with life-support equipment. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards. Respond quickly and effectively to any changes in patients conditions. Qualifications: Current RN license with valid NICU experience. Strong knowledge of neonatal critical care protocols and best practices. Ability to work the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Compassionate approach toward patients and families in a high-stress environment.
