Day and Night Shift Available Details 12-hour Night Shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule working from 6:45pm to 6:45am Pay: $16.50 and $1.50/hr additional incentive pay on Saturday and Sunday shifts making it 18.00/hr on weekends Why you should apply to be a Manufacturing Associate: Cutting-edge manufacturing facility Strong industry standing Opportunity for growth and development What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You’ll be: Performing various operations in the fabrication of intraocular lenses according to production specifications and standards Conducting lens molding, machining, lens polishing, finished production inspections, and primary packaging Ensuring product meets all acceptable criteria per SOPs Following all FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety procedures Supporting, encouraging, and participating in team-related activities Assisting in training manufacturing associates Reporting unusual conditions and problems to supervisor and manufacturing lead Practicing good housekeeping This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Have one or more years of manufacturing-related work experience; or equivalent combined of education and experience Have IOL manufacturing experience (preferred) Have knowledge of clean-rooms specific to proper clean-room behavior (preferred) Able to work 12 hours Night Shift What happens next: Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
