Job Description Job Description Adecco has partnered with leading global manufacturer to find a Plastics Extrusion Engineer in the El Paso, TX metro area. Responsibilities include: Evaluating and optimizing extrusion processes, including materials, machinery, and operator workflows Optimize materials and ensure consistent manufacturing processes Support testing of product performance and material properties Provide guidance to technical staff and production teams during material or process changes Assist with design and updates to machinery, tooling, and process equipment using CAD software Develop and update operating procedures, process setups, quality documentation, and product specifications Support integration of new equipment and processes into production, including testing, qualification, and vendor coordination Offer daily production support to local and regional manufacturing sites Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, timelines, and process improvement initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 7 years of engineering experience within plastics industry Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
