Support HR operations by assisting in employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation. Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws. Process payroll, benefits administration, and assist employees with HR-related inquiries. Develop and facilitate training programs for employees on company policies, compliance, and professional development. Assist in performance management processes, tracking evaluations, and supporting leadership in employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices. Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events. Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes, workplace culture, and employee satisfaction. Requirements:
3 years of complex payroll experience, including multiple payrolls. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience with Google Docs & Microsoft Office (including intermediate Excel skills). Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support company-wide HR functions.
