Job Role: Technology Lead - US Work Location: Arizona, Connecticut, Indiana, North Carolina, Texas Country: USA Infosys is seeking a Workday HCM Technical Lead, who will interface with key stakeholders and apply Workday HCM domain and technical proficiency including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build, and Deployment of solutions for supporting the customer’s Workday HCM application. As a Technical Lead, you will be involved in leading support activities related to Workday Application Maintenance and Transition, validating requirements with product offerings, and working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. You will play an important role in creating the design document for new and enhancement of integrations, working with HR leads, corporate and business unit teams, and third parties in support of the Workday HCM application. Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty is considered in lieu of every year of education. Location: Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX, or Hartford CT. Relocation and/or travel to client/project location may be required. Hands‑on Workday experience in Upgrade and Support projects related to Workday HCM Applications. Hands‑on experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, Payroll, and Time tracking modules. Hands‑on experience in developing integrations and reports (Studio, Core‑Connectors, PICOF, PECI, WECI, EIB). Experience in Business Process Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics, and Security configurations and changes. Hands‑on Experience in Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and Web services. Experience in Workday Production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws, and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives. Benefits
