Leidos Defense Group is seeking a Senior Cyber Operations Specialist to support the F-16 Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) team. This Cyber Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the security posture of servers, endpoints, and other systems. Activities include detection, mitigation, and response to cyber incidents using a combination of technology solutions and processes and ensuring security issues are quickly implemented. In this role you will support Leidos and the F-16 ASIP team in the areas of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) security architecture and design. You must be a highly skilled self-starter with the ability to identify and proactively address cyber security concerns. Requires ability to communicate with senior executive leadership, both internal and customer, regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization/project. You must have the ability to negotiate and compromise to convince internal and external parties to accept recommended concepts, practices and approaches. This role will support the F-16 SPO at Hill AFB, UT and Leidos Program Manager. Recommend design changes and enhancements to applications and systems based on review of associated security controls and Security Technical Information Guides (STIGs) to ensure maximum security. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, customers, and other team members to specify requirements, communicate status of system security related requirements and issues. Facilitate the documenting of program logic, design, and system flow. Recommend solutions to security related software design or hardware configuration issues. Contribute to the preparation and presentation of A&A documentation and system/software architecture. Recommend changes affecting short-term team growth and success. Mentor teammates to ensure knowledge and growth in the area of cyber security. Plan and lead on significant projects to completion. Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Report progress to the customer and Program Manager as requested. Support the F-16 ASIP Portal system in obtaining the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Authority to Operate (ATO). To include: Performing regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; evaluating and entering security control assessment information into eMASS according to RMF requirements; create, review and maintain A&A documentation and enter documentation into eMASS; update ITIPS with budget and IT compliance information; evaluate scans and provide analysis and tracking for all priority severity items; review, update and perform security tasks to ensure ISCM compliance and align with AF/A4 CIO guidance; support time sensitive taskers and data requests from Air Force Portfolio Management Team; creating JIRA user stories and prioritizing backlog; staying current on threats and trends. Required Experience, Skills, and Education

B.S. degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with twelve or more years of related experience. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute education requirement. US Citizen; currently hold an active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain. DoD 8140 IAM Certified (CISM and CompTIA Sec+) Proven knowledge and background with F-16 Cyber Security Demonstrated abilities in Web Application and System Architecture Security Risk Experience with Security controls and STIG, identification, review, reconciliation and POA&M requirements and processes. Proven skills in preparation of technical documentation and procedures Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

Current DoD 8140 IAM Certified CISSP Possession of an Active DoD Secret Clearance Demonstrated abilities with Azure Cloud Architecture and associated security risk management.
