Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetworkEngineer to join our DevOps Group - Network Team.

This person will be responsible for designing, building and managing the infrastructure and tools required for deploying, monitoring, and scaling our applications and services.

This role requires deep knowledge of complex network architectures, security best practices, and cloud networking solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure.

Manage the installation and configuration of solutions, including advanced network components (e.g., load balancers and DNS management).

Collaborate with developers on software requirements, as well as interpreting test stage data.

Oversee routine maintenance procedures.

Document processes and monitor performance metrics.

Lead network security initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, threat mitigation, and incident response.

Conform to best practices in network administration.

Contribute expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.

What Makes You Right for the Role

Core Networking:

Strong L2/L3 fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, ACLs, NAT, QoS) with excellent end-to-end troubleshooting

Cloud Networking:

Familiarity with AWS networking components; CloudFront exposure is a plus.

Enterprise Hardware:

Hands‑on with Cisco and/or Juniper (or equivalent) routers/switches.

Security:

Solid firewall experience (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA); apply network best practices and change control.

Wireless:

Wi‑Fi technologies and performing wireless site surveys.

Observability & CMDB:

Proficient with network monitoring/management tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, NetBox, Nagios).

Systems & Platforms:

Comfortable in Linux (on‑prem); containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).

Automation & Scripting:

Python and Bash for automation; Groovy exposure useful. Version control (e.g., Git).

Infrastructure as Code:

Terraform (advantage).

Ways of Working:

Automation‑first mindset; code reviews, documentation, and script hygiene.

Soft Skills:

Proactive “yes” attitude, quick learner, and methodical problem solver.

Language:

Russian proficiency is a strong advantage.
