Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team responsible for SEC reporting, including preparation and review of filings and disclosures.
Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex issues.
Support corporate accounting, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
CPA required.
6+ years of SEC reporting experience.
Public accounting background (Big 4 or national firm strongly preferred).
