Executive Recruiter – Accounting and Finance Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Prepare and review 10‑Q, 10‑K, and 8‑K filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
Research and document technical accounting positions on complex transactions.
Monitor and implement new accounting standards.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal control documentation (SOX).
Liaise with external auditors on SEC reporting and technical accounting matters.
Determine and report Non‑GAAP financial measures.
Identify and automate manual reporting processes (Workiva, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
Collaborate cross‑functionally on accounting projects and process improvements.
Supervise or mentor team members in reporting and accounting areas.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s/MBA preferred.
CPA certification strongly preferred.
4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Demonstrated experience with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
Hands‑on experience preparing or reviewing SEC filings (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K).
Familiarity with financial reporting systems (Workiva, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion).
