Description Our client is currently seeking a Sales Director to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include
Maintain relationshipwith clients and strategic partners.
Generation of new leads.
Ensure sales team achieve sales targets.
Research and identification ofmarket trends andbusiness opportunities.
Hiring and trainingof employees as required.
Oversight of sales strategies for company products and services.
Overseeforecasts, performancemetrics, and reports.
Promotion ofthe company at events.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales management.
Understands the B2B sales processes.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM systems.
Experience withinstallation andfabrication is preferable.
Experience with theconstruction, printing, or advertising industries is preferable.
Proficient with customer relationship management.
Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
