Work collaboratively across Enterprise to draw on internal expertise to advance research and respond to internal requests for policy-related analytics and knowledge.**Required Qualifications**7+ years relevant work experience, ideally with supervisory or leadership roles; additional work experience may substitute for graduate degree, and additional advanced education may substitute for part of the work experience.Candidate should possess substantive knowledge of urban economics, demographics and/or real estate development, as well as experience with common datasets and measurement techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably with editing, publishing and media experience.Excellent organizational and time management skills; demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and partners.Experience reviewing and providing quality assurance on analyses conducted by others. Experience managing project budgets, resource tracking, and managing consultants and sub-contractors. Experience public speaking, teaching or leading trainings.Experience working on highly collaborative teams, both virtually and in-person. Curiosity, desire for self-improvement, and excitement about sharing new skills and knowledge. The base salary for this role is $108,000 to $120,000, depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
