President of Beth Israel Deaconess–Plymouth (BID-Plymouth) . This is an exceptional opportunity to leada trusted, high-performing community hospital and advance its mission as a vital part of the BILH system.
The President will be a
visible and engagedleader
with a strong presence in the community, committed to ensuring BID-Plymouth continues to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. The ideal candidate is a
proven operational leader
with experience driving accountability and operational excellence, fostering physician and staff engagement, and managing effectively in a
union environment .
Key priorities include:
Strengthening relationships with community partners and expanding the hospital’s
service area and programs
to meet evolving regional needs.
Leading physician
recruitment and development efforts
to ensure ongoing access to exceptional clinical talent.
Advancing a culture of collaboration, quality, and financial stewardship within an integrated health system.
Candidates should bring prior leadership experience as President or senior executive of a community hospital, a record of operational achievement, and the ability to inspire teams through authenticity, communication, and results.
