$195,000–$325,000 A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a

Mid-Level Associate

(3–7 years of experience) to join its

Construction & Real Estate Litigation

practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters involving construction disputes, commercial real estate, and related business litigation across the United States. The team represents a diverse group of clients including real estate developers, contractors, commercial landlords and tenants, investors, and public/private project stakeholders. The associate will be responsible for managing litigation matters from inception to resolution, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 3 to 7 years of litigation experience, with preference for construction or real estate-related matters

Strong legal research and writing skills

Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school

Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one of the jurisdictions listed above, or eligible for admission

Responsibilities Include: Representing clients in a broad range of construction and real estate litigation matters

Drafting and arguing motions, attending court appearances and depositions

Advising clients on litigation risk and dispute resolution strategy

Collaborating with experienced attorneys across offices on large-scale litigation

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range of $195,000 to $325,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications
