Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family-centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with autism. Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles. Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to RBTs and other staff implementing the behavior plans. Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and regular assessments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care. Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Maintain detailed records, service schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team of behavior technicians
Team player that can also work independently Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to drive and make weekly home visits
