What You’ll Do As an Overnight Shift Manager, you will lead shifts and support restaurant operations by motivating crew members, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met, monitoring food safety, safety, and security, managing inventory and waste, supporting staffing and scheduling needs, coaching and training crew members, and communicating with the next shift to ensure a smooth transition. What We’re Looking For Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with strong communication skills, the ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment, and flexible availability for overnight shifts, including weekends.
