Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive level administrative support to senior leadership at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in New York City. This role supports high visibility and mission critical operations and requires a professional who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview
The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant provides direct support to senior leadership and executive offices. This position manages complex administrative workflows, ensures coordination across stakeholders, and supports high priority leadership actions, correspondence, and scheduling. The position may oversee or guide the work of less senior staff and may be responsible for ensuring administrative continuity across a designated office or function.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and prioritize a high incoming flow of work for DFC senior leaders and or their offices
Respond to and schedule requests for meetings, invitations, and participation in events
Greet and escort guests at DFC NYC and other DFC office locations
Maintain a control and follow up system for incoming workload and correspondence
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
Serve as a primary point of contact for the executive office and ensure communications are routed, tracked, and handled appropriatel
Assist with travel coordination and voucher processing as needed
Maintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlines
Provide guidance or oversight to less senior administrative staff and support continuity of executive office processes when assigned
Process internal ethics clearances for speaker participation at events or widely attended gatherings
Qualifications
Required
U.S. Citizen
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
MA/MS degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 or more years of experience providing executive level administrative support in one or more of the following environments:
Federal government
State or local government
Corporate executive offices
Nonprofit or comparable professional settings
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and managing high visibility executive office operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting and editing professional correspondence
Proven ability to perform all functional duties independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese
