Job Description Job Description About the Job Scrape Armor is a U.S.-based automotive accessories manufacturer supplying OEM partners and dealerships nationwide. We operate a fast-paced manufacturing and fulfillment facility in Bellevue, WA and are actively expanding our production team. We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to support hands-on production, assembly, packaging, and shipping of automotive components. This is a physical manufacturing role and requires prior experience in a production or assembly environment. Responsibilities Operate and assist with production equipment (varies by station) Prepare raw materials and components for production Assemble, package, and label finished products Perform visual quality checks to ensure consistent product standards Track basic inventory usage and maintain organized workstations Support general shop and production tasks as needed Required Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience required High attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours) Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time on-site High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Experience with forklifts Experience operating CNC, fiber laser, or other production machinery 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience Benefits Paid Time Off Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Training and advancement opportunities Free on-site parking Important Notes This is hands-on manufacturing work , not warehouse picking or remote work Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment Flexibility and teamwork are essential in a small manufacturing operation Company Description Scrape Armor is a U.S.-based automotive accessories manufacturer supplying OEM partners and dealerships nationwide.
