Job Requirements
Operating production equipment, inspecting products and ensuring quality standards are met
Packaging and palletizing finished goods
Loading raw materials into hopper
Performing product rework as needed
Completing all required production and quality documentation
Assisting with line clearances and product changeovers as needed
Training and supporting other team members on production tasks
Other Experience And Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to walk/stand for 8-12 hours in a fast-paced environment
Regularly lifting 40 pounds
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills
