Operations Resource Leader – PSP
Signature Aviation is seeking an Operations Resource Leader to manage services at our private aviation terminal, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests, crew and aircraft.
Responsibilities
Coordinate operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and SOPs.
Schedule and assign operational tasks to frontline team members, including marshalling, towing, fueling, oil, GPU, deicing, valeting, shuttle driving, potable water and deliveries.
Plan, delegate, and work closely with all team members, guests, vendors, and aircraft crew to ensure exceptional service.
Maintain accurate records of time worked and services performed and reconcile data between software and online systems.
Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify and coordinate open tasks, and highlight safety concerns.
Communicate with colleagues and guests to resolve problems and delegate requests for services.
Review performance metrics and continuously improve task assignment processes.
Adhere to all operational, safety, guest service and security requirements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Ability to pass background checks, drug test, and hold an airport security badge.
Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
Preferred Experience
One year of experience in aviation ramp work, customer service, or related field.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Strong multitasking and adaptability.
Ability to work calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Understanding of safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
