Overview
Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a
Project Office Administrator
to join our West Los Angeles office.
Expected hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Act as liaison for the project; respond to requests, answer the phone and greet visitors onsite
Provide general support for site visitors
Aid project with site security/badging and other logistics as needed
Maintain field office services and supplies including office supplies, equipment and employee supplies
Schedule office spaces and maintain seating charts and signage
Coordinate repairs or maintenance as necessary
Aid with onboarding new employees and ensuring they have equipment and access needed
Run project reports for the project team and record keeping
Track and maintain up-to-date logs for project logistics
Assist in compiling backup documentation for monthly client invoices and other submissions
Route documents for approvals and signatures using electronic signature processes
Provide backup support for collection and processing of union payroll hours; assist with onboarding union crewmembers when needed
Process expense reports and credit cards for project management team
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary
Complete and track new employee access and equipment transfer requests
Assemble and file necessary project documentation for archiving at project end
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
Construction industry experience preferred but not required; office experience highly desired
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a critical role
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while staying flexible
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to improve processes
Proficiency in MS Office; Excel proficiency required
Experience with Project Management Software (Procore), JD Edwards E1, and Bluebeam is helpful
Experience with cloud platforms (Egnyte or similar) is a plus
Adept at quickly learning new software and navigating to review, track, and upload documents
