Overview

Days, 8a-4:30P M-F Hybrid Role: 3-4 days onsite Muncie, Portland, Hartford City. This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. Provides leadership across the division in regards to specific education, training, and management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulation. Serves as a point of escalation for claim related issues and provides independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable and direct intervention where appropriate. Context and Purpose of Role: Assist IUHMG front end practices in our East Region. Responsibilities

Rounding, data analysis, direct contact for front line questions, go live support. Work directly with IUHMG registration and managers. Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent customer service skills. Requires demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods. Requires strong organizational skills necessary to work on multiple complex projects/problems at one time. Requires ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Requires ability to work independently and is motivated to produce high quality outcomes. Requires knowledge in business applications. Requires ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources. Requires ability to facilitate and lead work groups. Requires ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
