About the role:

We're partnering with a rapidly scaling AI‑driven SaaS company backed by top‑tier investors. As they enter hypergrowth, we're looking for a Global People Operations Manager to build and optimize the processes that will support their global team. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and knows what “great” looks like in People Operations. You'll design and implement scalable processes, ensure compliance across regions, and partner with leadership to create an exceptional employee experience during rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale People Ops processes : Own global HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HRIS management.

Process design & optimization : Create efficient workflows for a growing, distributed workforce.

Visa & immigration management : Oversee global mobility and visa processes for employees.

Data & compliance : Ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and adherence to local labor laws.

Partner with leadership : Support strategic initiatives related to organizational growth and culture.

Hypergrowth readiness : Anticipate scaling challenges and implement solutions proactively.

Must‑Have Qualifications

7+ years of People Operations experience .

Proven experience building People Ops processes from scratch.

Two or more startup experiences , including at least one during

hypergrowth .

Visa and global mobility experience .

Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable being hands‑on.

Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization.

Familiarity with multi‑country compliance and employment laws.

Exposure to AI/SaaS environments.
