We’re searching for a motivated Shift Leader to join our Greenfield team! In this role, you'll work both opening and closing shifts to ensure consistently high standards.
Responsibilities
Supervising and coaching team members during your shifts
Maintaining our “Raving Fans” level customer service standards
Ensuring top-quality food safety, store cleanliness, and smooth operations at every location
Handling cash, creating a positive atmosphere, and jumping into any role when needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants. Stable work history a must.
Comfortable delegating tasks and holding the team accountable to standard operating procedures
Experience with inventory, accurate cash handling, and food safety protocols
Skilled at facilitating smooth shift handoffs
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, customer-focused personality
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shift gears with changing priorities
Must be committed to becoming fully certified as a Shift Lead learning how to open and close the store.
What We Offer
$17-21.25/hour
37–40 hours per week
Consistent, full-time hours with opportunities to work across different stores
Opening and closing shifts a must including weekends. Becoming certified requires learning how to open and close the store.
