Shift Lead – Jersey Mike’s Subs (Full Time) At Jersey Mike’s, our passion for people and high-quality food drives everything we do. We’re dedicated to creating places where team members lead with energy, serve authentic subs, and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
We’re searching for a motivated Shift Leader to join our Franklin team! In this role, you’ll work both opening and closing shifts to ensure consistently high standards.
Responsibilities
Supervising and coaching team members during your shifts
Maintaining our “Raving Fans” customer service standards
Ensuring top-quality food safety, store cleanliness, and smooth operations at every location
Handling cash, creating a positive atmosphere, and jumping into any role when needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in quick‑service or fast‑casual restaurants. Stable work history a must.
Comfortable delegating tasks and holding the team accountable to standard operating procedures
Experience with inventory, accurate cash handling, and food safety protocols
Skilled at facilitating smooth shift handoffs
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, customer‑focused personality
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and shift gears with changing priorities
Must be committed to becoming fully certified as a Shift Lead
What We Offer
UP TO $21.25/hour plus tips
37–40 hours per week
