We are partnered with an established commercial general contractor to hire a Mid‑Level Estimator to support a high‑volume retail and commercial pipeline. This role offers strong exposure to repeat national clients, fast project turnaround, and long‑term growth within a stable organization.
Our client is a well‑respected general contractor headquartered in Rockland, MA, with over 40 years of experience serving New England and Upstate New York. Description
Prepare accurate estimates for multiple retail and commercial projects simultaneously
Manage 3-4 active estimates at a time with project values ranging from $1M-$5M
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for completeness
Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
Collaborate directly with internal teams and leadership during preconstruction
Support a fast‑paced bid environment with typical project durations of ~3 months
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and standards

Strong background in construction cost estimation within the business services industry.
Proficiency in using estimation software and related tools.

Knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
Job Offer
2-4 years of construction estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Recent and extensive retail construction estimating experience required
Background estimating projects such as retail stores, restaurants, or commercial interiors
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client‑focused mindset
Self‑starter who is motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow
