Job Description The Facility Coordinator is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations of the service center, ensuring a well‑maintained, organized, and efficient facility.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, security, and customer service.
Manage customer walk‑ins, phone calls, and service requests, routing them to appropriate personnel and maintaining a log of inquiries and resolutions.
Coordinate with the Service Manager to address any facility‑related issues that may impact service operations.
Process service‑identified or customer walk‑in RMAs, parts quotes, and straightforward orders, escalating to the Regional Service Development Manager when needed.
Collaborate with the National Facilities Coordinator to implement best practices and consistent facility management across all centers.
Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repair activities, and equipment inventory to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers for facility‑related services, negotiating contracts to ensure cost‑effective support.
Assist with local marketing efforts, such as community events and partnerships, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Submit customer orders to the appropriate department for processing and maintain organized inventory of materials.

Compensation Hourly wage: $21.50 – $29.00 per hour. Additional employee benefits included.
