What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance profitability and efficiency through data analysis and process evaluation
Define technical reporting requirements and collaborate with data engineering teams to meet analytical objectives

Design and implement new processes ensuring alignment between systems, people, and data

What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Management, or related field
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or business consulting
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, etc.) or system integration projects
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Proficient in Microsoft Visio
