$110,000 salary + incentive plan

Job Summary The Nurse Practitioner will exercise sound clinical judgment, build strong patient relationships, and collaborate with the clinical team to provide exceptional, evidence-based care. This leadership role includes shaping clinical standards, mentoring team members, and driving innovation in alignment with the company’s mission and commitment to excellence.

Role and Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient health records and treatment plans within the EMR system.

Evaluate patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic results to determine appropriate therapy candidacy and dosing in accordance with established protocols.

Conduct in-person and telehealth consultations, including reviewing lab work and coordinating necessary orders.

Administer and monitor hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients on treatment processes, expectations, and pre- and post-care guidelines.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Current Alabama Nurse Practitioner license with active prescriptive authority.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in primary care, wellness, or hormone optimization preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. This role takes place in a clinical office environment and involves standard physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as sufficient vision, hearing, and communication abilities to perform essential patient care duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong knowledge of clinical techniques and procedures related to patient treatment.

Skilled in identifying and resolving complex problems through critical thinking and sound judgment.

Demonstrates focus and sustained attention to detail.

Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Builds positive relationships through effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
