Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse Lead at Vivid IV Health, located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Registered Nurse Lead will oversee clinical operations while actively providing patient care. Responsibilities include administering IV therapies, monitoring patient responses, supporting follow-up visits, and ensuring exceptional clinical standards. The role also involves leadership duties such as supervising staff, coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and assisting with daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administer IV vitamin and nutrient therapies, IM injections, and perform venipuncture
Conduct patient assessments, monitor responses during treatments, and ensure patient safety
Assist with patient follow-up visits and ongoing care coordination
Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff
Assist with staff scheduling and coverage coordination
Order clinical supplies and maintain inventory levels
Ensure accurate documentation and charting in accordance with clinic protocols
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
Support workflow optimization and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Help create a professional, welcoming, and client-centered environment
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
High proficiency in IV starts
Experience with patient assessment, monitoring, and follow-up care
Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills
Knowledge of healthcare protocols and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage documentation, scheduling support, and inventory tasks
BLS required; ACLS a bonus
Prior experience in IV therapy or wellness clinics is a plus
