Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro at Providence Medford Medical Center (Full‑Time, Day Schedule). Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment. Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special physical or age‑related needs. Conduct patient/client evaluation and treatment, and professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential. Deliver one‑on‑one 45‑minute appointments to patients, focusing on patient‑focused, whole‑person care. Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Specialized physical therapy training or experience as required by the department. Benefits
