Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab at Providence Medford Medical Center (Full‑Time, Day Shift)
Location Medford, OR – 1111 Crater Lake Ave.
Job Summary Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, focusing on patient independence and functional level in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with physical‑therapy protocols.
Develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Document progress and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Adhere to safety and infection‑control protocols.
Educate patients and families about treatment goals and exercises.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
Current Oregon Physical Therapist license.
National BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Specialized physical‑therapy training acceptable for certain department needs.
Proficiency in patient/client evaluation and treatment.
