Urogynecologist – AdventHealth Carrollwood
AdventHealth Carrollwood is seeking a board‑certified Urogynecologist to join our established team. A third Urogynecologist is needed to keep up with the unmet demand in this thriving community. The ideal candidate will be experienced in robotic surgery and committed to providing compassionate, high‑quality care to our patients.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus .
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive urogynecologic care to patients.
Perform robotic and other minimally invasive procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient‑centered care.
Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Mentor and supervise residents/fellowship trainees as appropriate.
Qualifications
Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Urogynecology.
Minimum [number] years of experience in urogynecology with robotic surgery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Ability to practice in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment is a plus.

Practice and Hospital Overview AdventHealth Carrollwood is a 119‑bed hospital with an off‑site 24‑hour ER in Westchase, located in a bustling residential neighborhood northwest of Tampa. The hospital is known for its spine and orthopedic care and has earned Joint Commission “Gold Seal” accreditation for its spine surgery program. Access to leading techniques in robotic surgery and other specialties is available.
Our West Florida Division Medical Group continues to grow rapidly, now with nearly triple the size in six years and a projection to reach 835 providers by end 2025.
Location Carrollwood, Tampa Bay, Florida. The area is culturally diverse, offers excellent public and private schools, colleges, museums, sports teams (Tampa Bay Lightning, Rays, Buccaneers), and year‑round amenities.
