Research Associate Responsibilities
Responsible for performing non‑chromatographic methods on eliquids and aerosol samples (e.g., pH, water activity, Karl Fisher, density, and particle sizing).
Prepare eliquid and aerosol samples for analysis.
Prepare reagents for laboratory use.
Receive and log samples and supplies into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Clean laboratory glassware.
Organize regulatory documents systematically.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and adapt to change while following established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in an analytical laboratory (preferred).
Strong pipetting and weighing skills.
Ability to prepare clear and concise written documents.
Ability to communicate issues succinctly and logically.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
High motivation and flexibility.
ENDS or nicotine‑related product experience is preferred.
Experience in a regulated laboratory environment such as ISO 17025 is preferred but not required.
Education Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of related experience.
