About the Role
Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items. Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests’ challenges.
This role will be consistently 4 days a week Thursday - Sunday, with the occasional additional shift to cover annual leave.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Preparing guest welcome packets and VIP reports
Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Complete the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner.
Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash.
Audit Food & Beverage cashiers work and correct discrepancies.
Run daily Flash Reports and distribute accordingly.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Must be able to work Thursday - Sunday
Similar role experience highly regarded
Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
