Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. In‑depth knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting principles, inventory valuation methods, and variance analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify cost drivers, and provide actionable insights. Bonus Qualifications
Deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) related to manufacturing modules Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or process improvement methodologies Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and analysis Job Titles That Should Apply
