Proven leadership in dealership accounting operations Minimum 5+ years of automotive accounting experience CDK DMS Reynolds experience is required (no exceptions) Strong understanding of schedules, reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll, and financial statement preparation High level of integrity, attention to detail, and process discipline Ability to manage and develop a team while holding accountability Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with variable and fixed departments
