Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our West Springfield office. We are a family‑owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers so families can access the dental services they need.

Our mission is to empower our team to use education, prevention, and compassion to deliver the highest quality of care in as many communities as possible. We accept all insurance, including Medicaid, and focus on preventing problems before they become serious, so children need fewer appointments and families get support without added stress.

How You’ll Bring Our Values to Life Each Day

Keeps the daily schedule full; fills openings in the schedule same day and within the next 48 hours.

Ensures that all new patients entering the practice have completed paperwork to include insurance details on file prior to their appointment.

Uses software reporting to find and schedule patients who need an appointment.

Reaches out to leadership for guidance or help when needed.

Is a calm and positive presence in an often very busy and ever‑changing environment.

Delivers great customer service with a positive attitude.

Works well with other team members.

How We Invest In You

The salary range for this position is $23/hr – $27.50/hr. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity.
