Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering healthcare services, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and preparing patients for examinations.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical documentation efficiently.
Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm".
Qualifications
Valid Certified Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
Current certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA or CCMA, required. Current State Driver's License (Palliative Care Only), required.
Additional skills: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
