Responsibilities
Install new residential heating and cooling systems at client homes.
Lead and coordinate a crew of installers, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to company standards.
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with homeowners.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
Minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC Lead Installer running a crew.
Relevant licenses and certifications (including ability to sponsor Journeyman license and NATE certification).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Clean, neat appearance and strong customer‑service skills.
Hard‑working, motivated, and seeks professional growth.
