What Our HVAC Install Technicians Do
Go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems
Lead the crew as a Lead Installer, managing labor and ensuring quality work
What We Offer

– Base salary plus bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service; potential earnings up to $100,000 per year

Qualifications
5 years experience as an HVAC Install Technician
3 years experience as an HVAC Lead Installer running a crew
Relevant licenses and certifications
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Clean and neat appearance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Hard‑working and motivated
