Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, handling general bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring accuracy in accounting processes. Duties include recording daily transactions, creating journal entries, maintaining financial reports, and utilizing accounting software to streamline financial management.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately.
Proficiency in Bookkeeping and creating accurate Financial Statements.
Experience with Accounting Software (Timberline) and the ability to manage its tools effectively.
Knowledge of Finance principles and the ability to prepare Journal Entries.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is required.
