Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and production positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
Develop and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
Support hiring processes from initial contact through the offer stage.
Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Position Requirements
Proven experience recruiting within the staffing industry.
Experience supporting manufacturing and production hiring initiatives.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
