Responsibilities

Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community

Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model

Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic

Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate

Assist prospects in applying online

Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes

Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments

Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives

Complete market surveys

Complete monthly Training

All duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, some college‑level education preferred

1+ years of on‑site leasing experience

Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Possesses superior customer service attitude

Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook

One‑Site experience preferred

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Physical Demands The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
