Your Mission As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the financial operations of the Family Office accurate, organized, and running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role with meaningful exposure to multi‑entity accounting, trust structures, and coordination with external advisors. Your work will form the backbone of our financial reporting and compliance.
The Role
Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping for multiple entities, including those with international considerations
Maintain accounting records and perform regular reconciliations
Oversee trust account management, accounts payable, and expense tracking
Process payments and ensure timely, accurate recording of transactions
Prepare regular internal financial reports
Coordinate with CPAs and tax advisors on tax preparation and filings
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Assist with administrative responsibilities as needed, including filing, data entry, meeting coordination, and note‑taking
Be highly detail‑oriented and take pride in clean, accurate books
Be process‑driven and enjoy creating order and consistency
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Be reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Communicate clearly and collaborate well with internal and external partners
Requirements
At least 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
Solid understanding of accrual accounting and reconciliations
Impeccable verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Employment Type
Full‑time
$60,000–$70,000 base salary, dependent on experience
Discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%
Hybrid work structure with regular in‑office presence required; candidates located nearby with reliable transportation preferred
