Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and collaborative team player to join the finance team for an industry leading automotive company in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will assist with financial reporting and analysis, supporting management by gathering, interpreting, and communicating financial insights. This is an ideal role for recent graduates with up to two years of relevant experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze financial data for reports and presentations

Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to visualize financial information

Identify and interpret variances and trends in financial reports

Support month-end close and regular reporting cycles

Communicate insights and findings clearly to internal stakeholders

Assist in ensuring compliance with company, federal, and state accounting practices

Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

0–2 years of finance or accounting experience (entry‑level candidates encouraged)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel — Pivot Tables, PowerBI, advanced functions)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Professional demeanor and eager to learn

Understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and financial reporting
