Accounting, Finance and IT Search Consultant - Ohio & Midwest

This hybrid role offers hands‑on exposure across imports, fixed assets, payroll, tax, treasury, and general ledger functions. You’ll gain visibility into multiple areas of accounting and play a vital role in supporting accurate financial operations and reporting across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support import accounting, including payment reconciliations, shipment tracking, and reviewing overseas partner reports
Assist in managing fixed assets and depreciation tracking
Help with tax compliance (state/local), income tax data requests, and insurance reporting
Contribute to payroll accounting tasks and accrual tracking
Take part in treasury activities like cash forecasting, lockbox processing, and reconciliations
Perform general ledger entries, account analysis, and assist with month‑end close
Support audits and help maintain clean financial records
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Up to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong Excel skills and solid attention to detail
Experience with SAP or Crystal Reports is a bonus
A proactive attitude and a team‑first mindset
