Supportive Housing Manager
Division Mental Health Housing Services
Program Supportive Housing
General Overview Provides supervision and management of Rehabilitation and Tenancy Support Services (RTSS) and oversight of the CHOICES Supportive Housing Program. Responsible for staff supervision, tenant admissions and discharges, service delivery, housing stability, regulatory compliance, and coordination with landlords and community providers. Oversees documentation, financial processes, and tenant safety. Ensures services align with program policies, tenant rights, and agency standards.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in Adult Mental Health and one (1) year of supervisory experience. Knowledge of supportive housing models, tenant rights, ISP development, and landlord/tenant laws. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid New York State Driver License. CPR/AED/First Aid trained (agency will provide).
Hours Full‑Time
Salary Range $52,000–$60,000 annually
